This portal is your source for the most current, accurate, and relevant GIS data, applications, and services for the County of Ventura.

The Coastal Area Plan application provides access to thirteen environmental layers such as tsunami inundation zone, faults, landslides, etc. The Political Mapping application provides Congressional, Senatorial, State Assembly, and County Supervisorial boundaries along with roads, city boundaries, and aerial imagery. The National Wetlands Inventory application displays Estuarine, Lacurstine, Marine, Riparian, Palustrine, and Riverine habitats.

Links are provided to various datasets available at the County of Ventura. For your convenience links are also provided to Ventura County cities and neighboring counties which have online GIS capabilities or data.

For nine years, County of Ventura has been hosting GIS Day at the County in an effort to informa and educate County employees and citizens of the many benefits and uses of GIS. Video broadcast and powerpoint presentations are available for the past four years.
