This site will soon be a portal to all electronic maps and GIS data available at the County of Ventura, regardless of the source department or agency. It is currently under development. Check back frequently as we are making progress every day.

The products and services available through this site will grow over time.

The Map Gallery offers a wide variety of pre-defined maps. You can double-click on the thumbnail view and print on your own printer or for a small service fee you can download the PDF. A service fee is necessary to cover the costs of production and distribution. If you want a high quality or non-standard-sized color print, you may request Ventura County GIS to print or plot the map for you. There is a time and materials charge for printing and plotting. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.

MapIT is an interactive mapping application, where you choose the layers and design the layout. These applications have dynamic access to the data and therefore will be display the most up-to-date data. A fee is charged to cover the maintenance costs associated with providing this service.
